Claim Staff - Semarang
Job Description :
- To process, analyze and determine general liability insurance claims to assess liability exposure and settle claims up to designated authority level.
- Communicates claim action and claim processing with claimant and client
- Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is correct
- Oversees the handling of all aspects of the claims assigned to the unit including reserving, communication, documentation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement
- Ensures all claims eligible or ineligible for payment conform to quality, production standards and specifications
- Ensures claim processing is consistent with applicable policies and procedures guidelines
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Applies technical knowledge of claims/adjuster/surveyor related with motor and property
- Detail orientation, depth on analytical thinking, and having passion on outdoor activities.
- Leadership skills, dynamic, focus on customer orientation.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency, problem solving and results-orientation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related claims is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Claim.
